Confirmed to be developed over the next 10 to 15 years, Emaar’s latest master urban development along Ras Al Khor road had the first homes scheduled for handover in early 2019 and over 5,000 residents thrilled to move into their Creek Marina homes by the end of the same year. A 6 square km waterfront plan, larger than Dubai Downtown, designed to deliver luxury villas, residential towers featuring apartments & serviced apartments and open spaces around schools, a major museum and cutting-edge cultural & entertainment facilities.
Situated on the banks of the historic Dubai Creek, with the ultramodern skyline of Downtown Dubai in the view and neighbouring Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, the mixed-use development comprises of 9 districts of luxury living with a fully integrated transport system and major cultural offerings: The Island District, The Canal District, The Business District, Park North, Central Park, Park South, The Retail District, The Sanctuary District and The Urban Core. Developed using new-age technologies for a sustainable impact, the project will bring you closer to around 450 animal species, all within 10 min drive from Downtown Dubai.
Rising from the harbour’s waters, the Island District is home to 30 to 50-floors glazed towers, enveloping 1 to 4 bedroom apartments and podium villas. The residences will be lined with yacht clubs, pools, a marina and retail spaces.
Considering the sheer scale and amenities planned, it is safe to say the centrepiece of the new downtown district, the desert lily inspired tower, from 1km altitude, shall mirror fairly Emaar’s vision of shaping Dubai lifestyle. Beside several observation decks, restaurants and a boutique hotel, there is talk about the world’s highest mosque.
